The platform is designed to support multiple industries including healthcare, legal services, construction, real estate, accounting, education, professional services, and other businesses that wish to improve efficiency through artificial intelligence.

Some features may vary depending on the subscription plan, customer configuration, and supported integrations.

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.

If you create an account on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.

Customers are responsible for:

• Configuring the platform appropriately for their organization.
• Obtaining any required customer or employee consents.
• Maintaining accurate information.
• Protecting account credentials.
• Managing user permissions.
• Reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.
• Complying with laws applicable to their industry.

Customers remain solely responsible for the information they upload or choose to process through the Services.

You agree not to use Vevisto AI to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Upload malicious software or code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the platform.
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Use the Services for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.
• Circumvent security or authentication measures.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Artificial intelligence is designed to assist—not replace—human decision-making.

While we continually improve our AI models and platform capabilities, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or misunderstand context.

Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it in legal, financial, healthcare, employment, or other situations involving professional judgment.

Vevisto AI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.

Vevisto AI allows customers to connect third-party software and services to improve workflow automation.

Examples may include:

• Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Calendar platforms
• Authentication providers
• Email services
• SMS providers
• Cloud storage providers
• Accounting software
• CRM platforms
• Other approved integrations
• Customers authorize these integrations and control what information is synchronized.

Vevisto AI is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or policies of third-party services.

Vevisto AI is designed as a configurable platform that supports organizations across multiple industries.

Certain industries—including healthcare, legal services, financial services, education, and insurance—may be subject to additional laws, regulations, or professional obligations.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with all applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and professional requirements.

Where appropriate, Vevisto AI provides features designed to support security, identity verification, audit logging, and access management; however, these features do not replace an organization’s own compliance responsibilities.

Customers may choose to send communications through Vevisto AI using:

• Email
• SMS
• Voice services (when available)
• AI Assistants
• Customer portals

Customers are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent before communicating with end users.

Message frequency varies depending on customer configuration.

Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply for SMS communications.

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, included features, usage limits, and billing terms are described at the time of purchase or in your service agreement.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.

Vevisto AI, its software, branding, trademarks, logos, website, documentation, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of VevistoAI LLC or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

We strive to provide a reliable and secure platform; however, no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability.

From time to time, the Services may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency maintenance
• Software updates
• Infrastructure upgrades
• Third-party service interruptions
• Internet or network failures
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Vevisto AI continually works to improve platform reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

From time to time, Vevisto AI may offer beta, preview, or experimental features.

Beta features are provided to gather customer feedback and improve the platform before general release.

Because beta features are still under development, they may:

• Change without notice
• Contain bugs
• Be modified or discontinued
• Produce unexpected results
• Customers choose to use beta features at their own discretion.

Customers retain ownership of the information they upload, create, or manage through Vevisto AI.

By using the Services, customers grant Vevisto AI a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display customer data solely for the purpose of providing the Services requested by the customer.

We do not claim ownership of customer content.

Vevisto AI treats customer information as confidential and implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect it.

Both Vevisto AI and its customers agree to use reasonable efforts to protect confidential information disclosed during the use of the Services.

Confidential information does not include information that:

• Is publicly available.
• Was lawfully known before disclosure.
• Is independently developed.
• Must be disclosed by law.

We welcome suggestions, ideas, feature requests, and feedback regarding Vevisto AI.

By submitting feedback, you grant VevistoAI LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, improve, modify, and incorporate your feedback into the Services without additional compensation.

We may temporarily suspend access to all or part of the Services if reasonably necessary to:

• Protect platform security.
• Investigate suspected fraud.
• Prevent unlawful activity.
• Respond to legal obligations.
• Prevent harm to customers or other users.
• Perform emergency maintenance.

Whenever reasonably possible, we will attempt to notify affected customers in advance.

Customers may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

Vevisto AI may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in unlawful activity.
• Abuse the Services.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Threaten platform security.
• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees.

Termination does not relieve either party of obligations that by their nature survive termination.

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VevistoAI LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will always be available.
• The Services will be error-free.
• AI-generated responses will always be accurate.
• Third-party integrations will always remain available.
• The platform will satisfy every customer’s specific business needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VevistoAI LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Loss of business opportunities
• Business interruption
• Loss of data
• Reputational damage
• Third-party claims
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VevistoAI LLC, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Your infringement of the rights of any third party.
• Content uploaded or processed through your account.

VevistoAI LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Internet outages
• Power failures
• Labor disputes
• Cyberattacks
• Acts of war
• Pandemics
• Failures of third-party providers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

As Vevisto AI evolves, we may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, security improvements, or changes to our Services.

When material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible AI Policy, SMS Terms, Cookie Policy, and any additional agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and VevistoAI LLC regarding the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
